1. Where do I get the RAHPER App?
RAHPER App is available for both Passengers and Owners. For IOS users, RAHPER is available on the App Store, and for Android users, it's available on the Play Store.
2.How do I pay for RAHPER services?
On reaching the destination, the passenger will be shown a Pay button where he will be able to pay either through ZINDIGI wallet or PayFast ( By Credit Card, Debit Card, EasyPaisa Wallet, Union Card ).
3.Is RAHPER available 24/7?
Yes, RAHPER services are available 24/7.
4. How is RAHPER different than a taxi service?
RAHPER is a ride-sharing app, where a passenger will be able to share a ride with other ride-sharing partners. Whereas, in taxi service, ride-sharing is not applicable and the person who has booked a ride can only avail its services.
5.Can I pre-book a RAHPER ride?
Yes, pre-booking a ride in the app is possible. Using 'Book A Ride' button in the app, the user can schedule a ride for a time of his need.
6. Does RAHPER app tell how long it will take to get to the destination?
Yes, RAHPER app tells time to destination. On scheduling a ride, the passenger would be shown the destination and time it will take to reach the destination, but it can vary with traffic.
7. Is RAHPER app available worldwide?
For now, RAHPER is available in Pakistan with a goal to expand services globally.
